Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

In accordance with New York State law you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine or spirits. In placing an order with us, you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age, and may be required to present to us age verification.
Please Note: All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained by individuals over the age of 21 years.

We are unable to ship wine internationally.

Within the USA we can direct ship to customers in the following states:

AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, WA, WV, WI, WY

If you do not live in one of these states we may be able to arrange shipping to an authorized distributor so give us a call.

Shipping

In most cases, orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order.

Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service and will arrive between 1 and 5 business days after shipping. Shipping rates are as follows:

Base Fee per Package = $10.00 (1-4 bottles) $12 (5 - 12 bottles) Maximum of 12 bottles (1 case) per package.
Per bottle charges apply based on quantity of product ordered.
All bottle rates are calculated based on final destination and are shown on the total of your order.

We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or receive alcohol into any state outside of New York. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

Although we try to keep all of our customers happy, we are not able to ship to New Jersey or Massachusetts. If alternate arrangements can be made to ship to someone in another state on your behalf, we will be more than happy to comply.
New Hampshire residents are subject to an 8% sales tax.
Hawaii residents please call for shipping prices.


For special shipping requests, such as guaranteed Overnight or 2nd Day Air service, please contact us.

Return Policy

We are committed to satisfaction of our customers, and we want to hear about any problems you may experience. Should any product be broken during shipping, please email our Customer Service department at info@silverstreamwinery.com,or call (845) 783-8660 within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. We ask that any broken product be returned in its original packaging. It is understood that if the broken product cannot be returned, we cannot provide a refund for damaged goods.

Any return claim will be addressed on a per order basis, and under our disgression, may not be refundable. We assume no liability for wines that are overheated (leaking), or frozen, as a result of shipping. If you feel that temperature extremes (hot or cold) could pose a threat to the overall quality of the product, we strongly suggest that you request to have your order shipped via express air service to ensure the highest level of protection for your purchase.
