July 18th and 19th --Finger Lakes Wine Festival, Watkins Glen.

July 31st--Silver Stream Winery will be the featured winery at the New York winestand at the Union Square Greenmarket. A prominent chef will be using our wines to create unique wine and food pairings and recipes.

August 1st and 2nd -- Bounty of the Hudson Wine Festival, Millbrook Winery, Dutchess.

August 29th 2009-- 2nd Annual Chamber Music at the Winery. Food, crafts, wine, music. Silver Stream Winery.

August 30th --- Bethel Woods Harvest Festival, Bethel Woods.

You can visit us at the Florida Farmer's Market every Tuesday starting June 23rd and in Park Slope Brooklyn (Park Slope Farmer's Market) every Sunday thru November.

August 24th 2008-Chamber Concert

We had our first annual Silver Stream Winery Chamber Music Concert. Two groups performed:'Bottoms Up', Bass Quintet and the 'Morrison Mansion Ensemble' a Woodwind Quintet. They provided attendees with a lovely afternoon of romantic and classical music and even the weather cooperated for a beautiful late summer casual afternoon. Also in attendance was GiaBella Designs Hand Painted Wine Glasses showing off her artistry, RG Clay Creations providing activities for the kids and pottery creations and Chef Frances Hales from the Pampered Chef provided finger food and dips.

The August 29th 2009 Concert will feature the OCC Chamber Ensemble performing

Schubert Octet in F Major.

Tickets $7.50 in advance $10.00 at the door.

Seniors and Students $5.00.

Gala 50 -- 50% Cab Franc 42% Merlot , 8% Frontenac

The Cab Franc componentwas aged two years in American Oak, the Merlot one year. This promises to be a very big wine. The kind you will want to use on special occasions. Release date July 15th.

Reserve Chardonnay-- Release Date August 2009. 100% Malolactic three year old Chardonnay.
