Aged in American Oak for two years. Big fruity nose. Earthy, long finish. Will age well four to seven years.

2006 Gewurztraminer

Lichee, pear and sour apple. Fermented dry. Well structured. Will be superb with cheese or fish.

2005 Chardonnay Barrel aged. Light, aromatic wine with vanilla overtones. . Drink in 1-4 years.
2005 Cabernet Reserve Black cherry, and marzipan flavors. Aged in American Oak. Will age five to ten years.

An Alsation Style dessert style wine Slight natural carbonation. Really pleasing for after dinner.
